‘If I Die, Hold Daniel Responsible’

Honourable Wale Hassan Alausa, a member of the Ogun State House of Assembly, representing Ijebu-Ode Constituency, has raised an alarm that his life is under threat from agents of the state governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel.
Speaking on the floor of the House yesterday, the embattled lawmaker thanked God and his colleagues for standing by him during his travails.
“I thank God, my Speaker and my entire colleagues for their support since the beginning of this katakata.
“I want to emphatically state that if I die today, my people should not look elsewhere, it is Otunba Gbenga Daniel that killed me. But it should be written boldly on my grave that the governor killed me because I am fighting against misgovernance, because I am defending the future of our state from being ruined by Mr. Governor.”
Answering questions from our correspondent after the proceedings, the Ijebu-Ode-born lawmaker challenged the governor to answer all the allegations he had levelled against him, adding that a lot will still be revealed.
According to Alausa: “Let the governor respond to all that I have said. Why is he silent? He started the fight through his newspaper. Now that I have responded, he has refused to respond. Why is he directing the Commissioner for Information to react to my allegations on his behalf?
“The commissioner should keep his distance on this matter because he knows nothing about it. His master is a great liar, ritualist, sodomist and a wicked man. A lot are still in my mind.”
Alausa described Daniel and his cohorts as character assassinators who will surely meet the wrath of God soon.

You told us you are a true Yoruba son and not an Omo Ale but you are behaving like one to say the least. You took an oath naked, what for and is that how a true Yoruba son behaves? Why cant this two shameless and barbaric guys in persons of OGD and Alausa step aside from governance and an independent panel of enquiry be set up to investigate this matter for the truth to be unravelled instead of all this brouhaha.

What is happening in Ogun state is called the “Chop alone syndrome”. Daniel’s selfishness pitted him against the embattled legislators. The only tarred road in his Isheri North Estate leads to his Compass newspaper. The only tarred road at Hilltop GRA leads to his fenced palatial expanse of land. The new dual carriage way being constructed at Oke Mosan leads to his new hotel under construction. Meanwhile, he ordered Alake to shut up when the mornarch complained of bad roads in Abeokuta. The guy is just a bitch fit only for the graveyard. The likes of Alausa are not better, anyway.

Just, consider these, a president in-law de-campled (illegally) to another political party; and his principled deputy refused to followed him, the state of dis-assembly is going to impeache the deputy; a man in a sensity post as the chairman of NDDC spent more that a billion Naira on “juju”; a serving governor was caugth taking spiritual -blood birth; legislators/executive members taking oat of ailligiace. National/State Assembly/Council members collects several millions of Naira in month (a professor or a general with legitimate income cannot collect in a year).

There is nothing wrong in oath taking, but for your nude picture to be on the front pages of news papers this is absolute rubbish, unethical, invasion of your privacy, in a decent society OGD, would have been remove from office.
I live in canada, I know if it is here, at the end of the day Wale will be smiling to the bank, while the editor, of Compass news paper, the photo journalist and OGD will be behind bars atleast for a couple of year.
