The Nigeria Football Association (NFA) may expel the suspended South-South representative on the board, Dr. Peter Singabele, today.

P.M.Sports
gathered that the NFA, which is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Makurdi at the time of filing this report, may expel Singabele from the board following his uncooperative attitude and hardline posture to the board’s decisions.

A committee of the NFA had advised the board to suspend Singabele a few months ago. The board had ruled that the erring member must tender a public apology to return to the board but Singabele did not respond to that decision.

P.M.Sports also learnt that the Football Association’s officials in the South-South are in support of the expulsion of Singabele from NFA board. Reliable sources disclosed that they are already shopping for his replacement.

Meanwhile, winners of the Nigerian league, Kano Pillars, will engage the national FA Cup champions, Ocean Boys of Yenagoa in the Super Cup slated to round off NFA’s AGM in Makurdi this afternoon.
