Oyedepo Plans Big For Son’s Wedding

Come 26 July, the presiding bishop of the of the Living Faith World Outreach a.k.a. Winners’ Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, will be inviting friends, Christian faithful and people from all walks of life to the Faith Tabernacle, Canaan Land, Ota, Ogun State, for the wedding of his first son, David Jnr., the presiding pastor of the United Kingdom branch of the church.
And to ease the free flow of movement in the area following the abandonment of the road project by Julius Berger, Oyedepo, City Players gathered, has begun the construction of the road leading to the church.
David Jnr. will be walking down the aisle with Kemi Olude, the daughter of a former Nigerian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and the intending couple, we learnt, are both graduates of Oral Robert University.
The groom holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Management from Oklahoma and was once a lecturer at Covenant University, Ota.

29 July 2008 (5 weeks ago) 13:26I was at the Wedding which welcomed great dignitaries such as Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo who ministered at the wedding, encouraging the couples with his powerful 4 D keys to note in marriage - No Denial, No Divorce, No Division, ….. while Chief Olusegun Obasanjo charged the couples to maintain Communication at all points. The Ooni of Ife prayed for the couples and charged members of the church to continue praying for Nigeria. In all, it can be said that this wedding was that of a century. I wish them the best of wishes and prosperity.
