Masked Robbers Arrested

Two masked armed bandits have finally being caught and unmasked by the police.
The suspects, armed with guns and machetes, had stormed Olania Village, beside Olorunda Aba in Oyo State and inflicted machete cuts on the security guard. The suspects tied him up and entered the compound where they robbed the entire family of cash and other valuables.
In a rare display of bravery, the landlords’ in a counter-attack succeeded in unmasking one of the hoodlums who immediately fled.
The incident was later reported to the police and after a thorough investigation, the robbers were arrested in their hideout. The suspects gave their names as Agboluaje Afeez and Olaniu Akinosun. They were duly identified by their victims.
According to Agboluaje, “I have given the police the names of our accomplices who escaped with some loot.”
The Oyo State Police Command spokesperson, Miss Bisi Okuwobi (ASP), confirmed the incident, adding that “items recovered from the suspects include one locally made single barrel gun and some cash”.
